Assistance Fund
The VEGAS Assistance Fund is the treasury mechanism that powers the long-term sustainability of the platform — protecting the economy, defending $VEGAS, and supporting ongoing growth.
It’s not just a reserve: it’s a strategic engine for the future of VEGAS.
🔧 How It Works
Each week, 37% of all rake collected on the platform — plus any portion of the 30% referral allocation that is not distributed (due to non-referred players or ineligible referrers) — is allocated to the Assistance Fund.
This rake is composed of:
$VEGAS
$HYPE
Stablecoins (e.g., USDT0, USDHL..)
Occasionally other supported tokens
These assets are systematically converted and managed according to a pre-defined strategy designed to optimize long-term utility.
🔁 Conversion Strategy (Inspired by Hyperliquid AF)
To avoid large, disruptive swaps and ensure healthy price action, non-$VEGAS tokens (e.g. USDT0) are DCA'd (Dollar-Cost Averaged) into $VEGAS throughout the week.
Why?
Prevents high slippage and market manipulation
Creates regular, organic buy pressure on $VEGAS
Smoothes volatility, benefiting all token holders
This strategy mirrors the Hyperliquid Assistance Fund model, which has proven highly effective in supporting token price and user confidence.
🧠 Allocation Breakdown
Of the 37% allocated to the Assistance Fund:
$VEGAS

$HYPE

All funds are tracked and transparently managed via on-chain treasury dashboards.
🎯 Core Objectives
Protect the Token: Buy back $VEGAS during market dips to ensure healthy price floors and reduce volatility.
Provide Liquidity: Supply liquidity on DEXs if needed to support a seamless trading experience.
Fund Growth: Use treasury to fund strategic partnerships, feature development, or marketing campaigns that expand the VEGAS ecosystem.
Build Trust: Create confidence for long-term holders by ensuring the protocol has a solid reserve backing.
📈 Treasury Transparency
We believe in radical transparency.
The Assistance Fund wallet and its historical transactions are available for anyone to view via our Treasury Dashboard (coming soon).
This includes:
Current balances
Conversion logs (DCA activity)
Past buybacks and liquidity operations
Detailed inflow/outflow reports
